Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems, ensuring integrity and consistency across all records.
  • Office Assistance: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Document Management: Organize and file both digital and physical documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
  • Correspondence: Assist in drafting, sending, and managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Data Verification: Review data entries for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Reporting: Prepare and assist in the creation of regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
  • Experience in office assistance or related tasks will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in managing both physical and digital documents is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, with standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required depending on the needs of the business.
