Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business challenges as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Core collaboration hours are encouraged, typically between 10 AM - 4 PM (UTC), but we promote a results-oriented work environment.
