Aetna is looking for detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to join our remote Data Entry team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data within Aetna systems, ensuring information is processed in a timely manner. This part-time, work-from-home position offers flexible hours, allowing you to contribute to Aetna mission to provide high-quality healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update patient and healthcare data in our systems.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Verify data to ensure it meets Aetna quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Aetna privacy and compliance policies.
- Assist with data management and reporting tasks as required.
- Adhere to deadlines and work within established workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital communication tools such as email and video conferencing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or insurance-related data entry.
- Familiarity with Aetna systems or similar healthcare data management platforms.
- Experience working remotely and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

Salary Range:
