In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and setting appointments for our senior sales team. You will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills, work closely with leadership, and make an impact on the success of The Elite Job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new business prospects via cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other methods.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients, introduce The Elite Job services, and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their business needs and effectively position our solutions.
- Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team by managing and tracking leads through the sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions with prospects and clients into our CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
