Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written communication).
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, care coordination, and case management principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients and care providers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions remotely.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in clinical care, case management, or similar roles.
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations and providing bilingual healthcare services.
• Familiarity with chronic disease management, post-acute care coordination, and insurance processes is preferred.
• Remote or telehealth experience is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate patient needs.
• Availability to respond to patient emergencies promptly when required.
