Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in various digital systems with precision and speed.
- Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and comparing them with entered information.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure database integrity.
- Organize and store physical or digital records systematically for easy access and retrieval.
- Generate and maintain reports based on entered data to support business operations.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 50 words per minute).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with data management tools or software (experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus).
Experience:
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative roles, or virtual assistance preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) is an added advantage.
- Experience in working with confidential data is desirable.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours, with the ability to set your own schedule.
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week, with the potential to increase based on business needs.
- Must be available for occasional meetings or check-ins with the team during business hours.
