Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Neyyattinkara. As an Office Assistant in the back office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our team and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-equipped workspace.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and materials.
- Uphold a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience

Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project needs.
