• Communication: Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling high-volume calls, chats, or emails.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English (bilingual skills are a plus).

• Technical Setup: Must have a dedicated, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet.

• Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support our 24/7 operations.

• Background: Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
