Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Tier II, or Systems Support role.

Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) status is a strong plus.
