Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Tier II, or Systems Support role.

  • Technical Stack: Proficiency with Windows/macOS environments, SQL queries, and basic API troubleshooting.

  • Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) status is a strong plus.

  • Environment: A dedicated home office with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and a distraction-free background.
