Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing & Operations Executive to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are efficiently packed and meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing Operations: Efficiently pack products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure that all packing materials meet company standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and warehousing teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packed items and assist in preparing shipment documentation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience

• Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time position with flexible working hours, typically ranging from 20 to 25 hours per week. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
