Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into the companys database and systems.

• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficient in using computers and data entry software; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with online data management tools or platforms is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours; full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
