Respond to inbound support calls, chats, and emails from internal users or clients, providing Level 1 IT support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user account access.
Escalate complex problems to higher-level IT support when necessary, following company protocols.
Log all incidents, interactions, and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system with accuracy.
Educate users on basic technical procedures and best practices for IT security and software use.
Monitor system alerts and assist in proactive issue identification and resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Participate in scheduled training and team meetings to remain updated on tools, policies, and procedures.
High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree in IT or related field is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and clearly explain solutions to non-technical users.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
No prior IT helpdesk experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome!
Customer service experience (retail, call center, etc.) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic troubleshooting techniques is advantageous.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Shifts vary between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST, including weekend and evening coverage.
Flexibility in scheduling is offered for the right candidates.
