Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and compliance with all necessary documentation.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and procedures, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and tracking of performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Compliance: Help maintain employee records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Training and Development: Support the planning and execution of training programs, helping to identify development opportunities for employees.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on employee engagement and support.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employee relations is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position, requiring availability from 9 AM to 5 PM (local time), Monday through Friday. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate team needs.
