Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager / Copywriter to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage our audience and enhance our brand presence. You will also craft compelling copy that resonates with our target market, driving engagement and conversions across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create high-quality, engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure The Elite Job remains a leader in the market.
• Organize and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts for social media campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Copywriter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
• Demonstrated success in developing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours. Some remote work options may be available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with video content creation and editing is a plus.
