Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and passionate Student Engagement Officer to join our team as a part-time intern. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels to inform and inspire students.
• Provide support and guidance to students seeking career advice and resources.
• Assist in managing feedback and suggestions from students to continuously improve engagement efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Education, Marketing, Communications, or Social Sciences).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse student populations.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in student engagement, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace) is desirable.

Working Hours

• Part-time position requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week.
