Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and compile data on properties, trends, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development of marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns to promote listings and the brand.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate open houses, client events, and team meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize various software and tools for project management, client relationship management (CRM), and communication to enhance team productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the real estate sector or a related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, ideally within real estate or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (local time), with occasional flexibility required for client meetings and events.
