Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment, is required.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring availability for night shifts, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (hours may vary based on time zones and business needs). Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is also required.
