Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Assistance Specialist for our Night Shift operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients via phone, email, or chat during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
- Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and service-related questions.
- Document and track all interactions and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex issues and escalate as needed.
- Ensure that all client interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously update and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Experience:

Working Hours:
- Night shift position with working hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (local time).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
