Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Overnight Part-Time Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a remote dispatcher, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating overnight operations, ensuring that all logistical and operational tasks are executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overnight dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of transportation and logistics.
• Monitor real-time status updates, address any operational issues, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Utilize dispatch software and tools to track and manage vehicle and shipment statuses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, including logs of communications and incident reports.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support seamless overnight operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with drivers, clients, and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and address operational issues in a timely manner.
• High level of reliability and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with dispatch systems and software is advantageous.
• Prior experience working remotely is a plus.

Working Hours:

• This is a part-time position with overnight hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (local time), Sunday through Thursday.
