Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide prompt, courteous, and effective solutions to customer issues and concerns. Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workplace remains organized and efficient. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between departments and clients. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as required. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proven track record of managing office functions and providing high-quality customer support.
  • Experience with CRM systems and office equipment is advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular hours may be required based on business needs.
