Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing online sales campaigns to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with our creative and analytics teams to design, execute, and measure campaigns that drive growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities and target segments effectively.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful online sales campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional extended hours based on campaign needs and deadlines.
