Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a sales or CRM environment. Experience with sales systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sales systems, databases, and integration technologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a focus on sales systems or CRM platforms.
