Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring high open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email copy, subject lines, and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize data to segment email lists and personalize content to maximize relevance and engagement.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email elements, including subject lines, content, and calls to action.
• List Management: Maintain and clean email lists to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Technology & Tools: Manage and optimize email marketing platforms and tools, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in email marketing or a similar role with a track record of successful campaigns and strong analytical skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.

Experience

• Industry Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment is preferred.

Working Hours
