Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle inquiries and coordinate responses to maintain effective communication channels.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate team events, workshops, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and on-site support.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other logistical needs to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in the preparation and analysis of data as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Experience:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a global or financial services environment.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in global markets or financial services is highly desirable, with a demonstrated understanding of the industrys operational requirements.

Working Hours:

  • Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility as needed to accommodate global team schedules.
