As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and up-selling or cross-selling as appropriate.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the stores products, promotions, and current trends to effectively meet customer needs.
- Ensure the stores presentation is visually appealing and organized, including arranging merchandise, maintaining clean and orderly shelves, and ensuring all products are properly tagged and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, handling cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, security, and loss prevention.

Experience:

Working Hours:
- This is a seasonal position with part-time or full-time hours available. Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate peak shopping times, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
