Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them to understand and effectively use technology resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and common IT tools and platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.

Experience

Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime or on-call support may be required based on project demands and system issues.
