- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms.

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in remote or virtual customer support roles.
- Experience with ticketing systems or CRM software is a plus.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate our customers needs.
