Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in the designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and update records as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet and exceed operational goals.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor in a timely manner.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Basic math skills for inventory and order management.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons or to meet operational demands.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
