The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated female Tele Caller to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Assist in creating scripts and developing effective call strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and contribute to improving the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Attend regular virtual team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive tone.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in other regional languages being a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable and quiet workspace to ensure uninterrupted calls.
Experience:
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with the option to choose shifts that best fit your schedule.
- A minimum of 4 hours per day, 5 days a week is required.
- Occasional weekend work may be necessary based on campaign needs.
