As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, providing information about our products and services, and handling inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
- Manage and respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up on leads and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain client information in the company database.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and needs to assist in product development and service improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Proficiency in using computers and telecommunication systems.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or training in customer service or sales is a plus.
Experience:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a telecalling role are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
