Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback and common issues to improve overall service.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
Shift Management:
- Work the Evening/Night Shift as scheduled, ensuring availability during peak customer support hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
