We are hiring Virtual Technical Support Executives to assist customers with Hulu streaming–related technical issues. In this remote role, you will help users troubleshoot playback problems, login errors, device compatibility issues, and account-related technical concerns, ensuring a smooth and satisfying streaming experience.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong problem-solving skills, basic technical knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Assist customers with Hulu streaming issues via chat, email, or voice support
Troubleshoot problems such as buffering, app crashes, login failures, and subscription access
Guide users through step-by-step solutions for TVs, mobiles, tablets, and streaming devices
Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams when required
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in support systems
Follow troubleshooting scripts, SOPs, and data security guidelines
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of internet connectivity, mobile apps, and smart devices
Ability to explain technical steps in a simple, patient manner
Comfortable working in US time zones
Basic computer skills and typing ability
Freshers with good technical aptitude are welcome
Prior experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or streaming/app support is a plus
US shift timings (night shifts for India-based candidates)
5 days working / 2 days off (rotational)
