We are seeking a strategic Medical Diagnostics Market Growth Manager to expand our footprint in the clinical testing and diagnostic imaging sector. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships with healthcare providers, and drive revenue growth for our diagnostic services. This is a 100% remote position that requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and the competitive landscape of medical diagnostics.
Develop and execute a comprehensive market expansion strategy for diagnostic products or services.
Identify and secure partnerships with hospitals, private clinics, and physician groups.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to position our diagnostic solutions effectively.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-value educational content for healthcare professionals.
Track and report on key growth metrics, including market share and customer acquisition costs.
Experience: 5+ years in Business Development or Sales within the Medical Diagnostics or MedTech industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of diagnostic testing (IVD), molecular biology, or medical imaging markets.
Network: An existing network of contacts within the healthcare and clinical laboratory space is highly preferred.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or local health authority regulations).
Communication: Ability to present complex clinical value propositions to C-suite executives and medical directors.
CRM: Proficiency in managing pipelines using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Analytics: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for market forecasting and data analysis.
Communication Tools: Mastery of Zoom or Microsoft Teams for remote high-stakes presentations.
Research: Ability to navigate medical databases and industry publications for market intelligence.
Shift: Flexible / Performance-Driven.
Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday).
Mode: 100% Remote (May require occasional travel for industry conferences).
