We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to improve our search engine visibility and ad performance. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving critical technical issues identified in Semrush audits and optimizing our paid search campaigns. The goal is to decrease our cost-per-click (CPC) while increasing organic traffic and conversion rates through a data-backed approach.
Google Ads: Set up, manage, and optimize Search and Display campaigns to improve Quality Score and ROI.
SEO Audit: Resolve technical SEO errors found in Semrush (broken links, crawl errors, missing metadata, and slow page speeds).
Keyword Research: Identify high-intent keywords for both organic content and paid ad groups.
On-Page Optimization: Update headers, alt text, and internal linking structures based on audit findings.
Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics and provide weekly reports on traffic growth and ad spend efficiency.
Experience: 3+ years managing Google Ads accounts and executing SEO strategies.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Problem Solving: Ability to interpret Semrush site audit reports and implement fixes independently.
Copywriting: Skills in writing compelling ad copy and SEO-friendly meta descriptions.
Tools: Mastery of Semrush (Site Audit, Keyword Magic Tool, Position Tracking).
Platforms: Expert-level use of Google Ads Manager and Keyword Planner.
CMS: Experience making SEO updates within WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Connectivity: High-speed internet for handling large data reports and video strategy sessions.
Shift: Flexible / Project-Based.
Schedule: Weekly milestones with check-in calls.
Mode: 100% Remote.
Compensation: Fixed project fee for the initial audit and cleanup, with an optional monthly retainer for ongoing management.
