We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our US and EU-based clients. In this role, you will act as the "right hand" to busy executives and business owners, managing their daily operations and client communications. Due to the time zones of our clients, this is a Fixed Night Shift position requiring a high level of independence and professional English fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Handle email correspondence and act as the first point of contact for client inquiries.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and preparing reports.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and itinerary planning.

  • Conduct online research and organize findings into concise summaries or spreadsheets.

  • Assist with basic social media management or document formatting as needed.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (US/UK standards).

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Availability: Must be comfortable working a permanent night shift.

Technical Requirements:

  • Software: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Slack.

  • Tools: Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

  • Hardware: Reliable laptop/PC and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).

  • Environment: A quiet, professional home office setup for occasional video calls.
