Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team on a fully remote basis across Canada. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis and modeling.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Experience in remote work environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with HR or workforce analytics is a plus.

Working Hours
