Assist customers with returns, refunds, and inquiries related to Amazon Locker+ locations.
Manage and maintain Locker+ units, ensuring items are accurately received, stored, and returned.
Resolve customer issues promptly, professionally, and efficiently, escalating complex cases as necessary.
Monitor Locker+ inventory levels, report discrepancies, and coordinate with Amazon fulfillment centers.
Adhere to all operational procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Provide accurate documentation of returns, customer interactions, and Locker+ status updates.
