Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Picker to support our high-volume fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of online customer orders. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment based on digital order lists

• Operate handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and basic fulfillment tools

• Ensure correct product selection, quantity, and quality before packing

• Label, sort, and stage orders for dispatch according to shipping schedules

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing areas

• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or system issues to supervisors

• Collaborate with team members to support peak volumes and operational goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer or handheld scanner proficiency

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages as required

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Experience

• Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce operations is preferred

• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

• Experience with order picking, packing, or inventory systems is an advantage

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available

• Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on operational needs

• Overtime may be required during peak seasons
