Tim Hortons is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Manager, Supply Planning & Replenishment to lead and optimize end-to-end supply planning operations across our distribution network. This role is critical in ensuring the right products are available at the right place, at the right time, while balancing service levels, inventory investment, and operational efficiency.
As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Demand Planning, Distribution, Operations, and Franchise Partners to drive continuous improvement, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support business growth. This position is remote eligible, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead supply planning and replenishment strategies to support Tim Hortons restaurant and distribution network.
Develop, manage, and continuously improve inventory planning models to optimize service levels and working capital.
Oversee replenishment processes, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, lead times, and capacity constraints.
Partner with Demand Planning to align supply plans with forecast assumptions and promotional activities.
Collaborate with Procurement and Suppliers to manage supply risks, lead times, and contingency plans.
Analyze KPIs such as fill rates, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and service levels; implement corrective actions as needed.
Drive system enhancements, automation, and process standardization within supply planning tools and platforms.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planning professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Prepare and present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Support new product launches, network changes, and strategic initiatives from a supply planning perspective.
Strong expertise in supply planning, replenishment, and inventory management principles.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in supply chain planning systems (ERP, MRP, or advanced planning tools).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High level of business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
7–10 years of progressive experience in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management.
Minimum 3–5 years of people management or team leadership experience.
Experience within food & beverage, retail, QSR, or consumer goods industries is strongly preferred.
Experience working in a multi-site or franchise-based environment is an asset.
Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.
Core business hours with flexibility to accommodate cross-functional meetings across time zones.
Occasional extended hours during peak periods, promotions, or critical supply events.
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with visualization tools is an advantage.
Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
