Tim Hortons is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sr. Analyst, Brand Marketing & CRM – Tim Hortons Loyalty to support and accelerate the growth of our loyalty ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven brand marketing initiatives and CRM strategies. The successful candidate will partner closely with Brand, Digital, Analytics, Technology, and Agency teams to translate insights into impactful loyalty programs and personalized customer experiences that strengthen Tim Hortons iconic brand.
Lead analytical support for Tim Hortons Loyalty initiatives, including campaign performance, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Develop, execute, and optimize CRM strategies across multiple channels (email, app push, SMS, in-app messaging).
Analyze customer behavior, loyalty trends, and campaign results to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with Brand Marketing to align loyalty communications with brand strategy and promotional calendars.
Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve customer engagement and ROI.
Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as acquisition, retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of loyalty campaigns.
Support roadmap development for loyalty features, offers, and personalization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in CRM and customer data usage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proven experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or data-driven brand marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
Solid understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, digital marketing analytics, or brand marketing analytics.
Experience within retail, QSR, consumer goods, or digital platforms is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience supporting large-scale loyalty or rewards programs is an asset.
Full-time position
Standard business hours (Monday to Friday)
