Tim Hortons is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst, Restaurant Labour Programs to support the optimization of labour strategies across our restaurant network. This role plays a critical part in analyzing workforce data, developing labour programs, and driving efficiencies that enhance operational performance while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This position is remote eligible, offering flexibility while supporting national restaurant operations.
Analyze restaurant labour data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Design, evaluate, and optimize labour programs, scheduling models, and workforce productivity initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to support labour strategy execution.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making at various leadership levels.
Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting to support labour planning and cost management.
Support compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best practices across regions.
Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Lead or support special projects related to workforce optimization and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
Solid understanding of labour economics, workforce planning, or operational analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics, labour planning, workforce management, or operations analysis.
Experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations is highly preferred.
Prior experience supporting large, distributed workforce environments is an advantage.
Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.
