Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking energetic, customer-focused Weekend Team Members to join our high-volume transit location. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, and are available to work during peak weekend hours. As a Weekend Team Member, you will be the face of the Tim Hortons brand, ensuring speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and friendly service in a busy, high-traffic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests during peak hours

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Tim Hortons quality and safety standards

• Operate POS systems, handle cash and cashless transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and workstations

• Manage high customer volumes efficiently while maintaining service quality

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times

• Support team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift operations

• Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

• Reliability and punctuality, especially for weekend shifts

• Willingness to learn and follow standardized procedures

Experience

• Previous experience in quick-service restaurants, cafés, retail, or customer service is an asset

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; full training will be provided

• Experience working in high-volume or transit locations is a plus

Working Hours

• Primarily weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

• Shifts may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, or peak transit hours

• Flexible scheduling based on operational needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (or willingness to learn)

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
