Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Web Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups across multiple websites and digital platforms.

  • Monitor, track, and report on website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.

  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns (paid, organic, social, email) to provide insights on ROI, engagement, and optimization opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs and present data to internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure proper tagging, tracking, and accurate data collection.

  • Conduct A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and performance analysis for website and campaign improvements.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital analytics, GA4, GTM, and SEO/SEM best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and related analytics tools.

  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Data Studio, or BI reporting tools.

  • Solid understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tagging and tracking purposes.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing principles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.


Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, web analytics, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of implementing GA4 and GTM in multi-domain environments.

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
