The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Web Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to join our dynamic marketing team. Implement, manage, and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups across multiple websites and digital platforms.
Monitor, track, and report on website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.
Analyze digital marketing campaigns (paid, organic, social, email) to provide insights on ROI, engagement, and optimization opportunities.
Develop dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs and present data to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure proper tagging, tracking, and accurate data collection.
Conduct A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and performance analysis for website and campaign improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital analytics, GA4, GTM, and SEO/SEM best practices.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and related analytics tools.
Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
Advanced skills in Excel, Google Data Studio, or BI reporting tools.
Solid understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tagging and tracking purposes.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, web analytics, or a related role.
Proven track record of implementing GA4 and GTM in multi-domain environments.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
