Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst with a strong focus on HubSpot and SQL to support and optimize our marketing operations. This role plays a critical part in driving data-informed marketing strategies, improving campaign performance, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and business intelligence teams. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of marketing processes, automation, and reporting to enable scalable growth and measurable impact.
Manage, configure, and optimize HubSpot CRM, marketing automation workflows, and campaign tracking
Design, build, and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools
Analyze marketing funnel performance, lead lifecycle metrics, and campaign ROI
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across marketing systems and databases
Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to improve lead management and attribution models
Support A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and personalization initiatives
Identify process gaps and recommend automation or system improvements
Document marketing operations processes, best practices, and reporting standards
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Solid understanding of B2B or B2C digital marketing channels and funnels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Analytics
Proven experience supporting marketing teams in a data-driven environment
Prior experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and databases
