Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding orders, returns, subscriptions, products, and account-related concerns
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
Follow established processes, policies, and quality standards
Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the overall customer experience
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/email conversations simultaneously
Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Comfort working with computers, multiple systems, and digital tools
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or online support is preferred
Experience with chat and email-based support is highly desirable
