Chewy is seeking passionate, customer-focused professionals to join our Remote Customer Care team as full-time Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will be the voice of Chewy, delivering exceptional support to pet parents by phone, chat, and email. You will help resolve inquiries, provide product guidance, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Chewys commitment to empathy, accuracy, and outstanding service. This is a fully remote role; however, candidates must reside in the state of Florida.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and care
Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, subscriptions, accounts, and product information
Provide compassionate support to pet parents, including handling sensitive or emotional situations with empathy
Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes and policies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Continuously learn Chewy products, services, and systems to provide accurate and up-to-date support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
Florida residency is mandatory for this role
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environment preferred
Experience supporting customers via phone, chat, or email is an advantage
Prior remote work experience is a plus but not required
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Scheduled shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs
Fixed schedules provided in advance to support work-life balance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations
