Key Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and remove inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content

• Respond to user reports and escalate complex issues to senior moderation teams when required

• Provide guidance and warnings to users regarding community standards

• Document moderation actions accurately and maintain moderation logs

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation workflows and policies

• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging online community

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English

Experience
