Job Summary

DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated and creative Learning Experience Designer to join our Support Training team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that empower our support teams to deliver world-class service. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create innovative, scalable training programs that enhance knowledge retention, drive performance, and align with DoorDashs fast-paced, dynamic culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, learner-centered training programs for customer support teams across multiple channels.

  • Collaborate with Support Operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.

  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create interactive content, including e-learning modules, videos, workshops, and job aids.

  • Analyze learning effectiveness and iterate on training programs based on feedback, performance metrics, and business needs.

  • Ensure content aligns with DoorDashs brand voice, culture, and customer experience standards.

  • Stay current with learning technologies, instructional trends, and best practices in adult learning and support training.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

  • Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).

  • Experience designing blended learning solutions for remote or distributed teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or corporate training.

  • Proven track record of developing impactful learning solutions in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

  • Experience supporting customer service, support operations, or frontline teams is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to coordinate across different time zones.

  • Occasional participation in virtual team meetings, training sessions, or project check-ins.
