Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor corporate compliance programs aligned with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Oversee operational processes to ensure adherence to legal standards, internal policies, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to identify and address compliance gaps.

• Manage internal audits, investigations, and risk assessments, providing actionable recommendations.

• Prepare and present compliance reports, dashboards, and updates to senior leadership.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance-related inquiries from employees, partners, and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness.

• Lead training and awareness programs to reinforce a culture of compliance across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., JD, CCEP, CISM) preferred.

• Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in legal compliance, corporate operations, or risk management, preferably within technology, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.

• Experience with corporate audits, regulatory filings, and compliance program development.

• Proven track record of successfully managing compliance operations in a remote or distributed work environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote role with standard business hours flexibility.
