DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our third-party vendors and partners. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure DoorDash maintains strong risk controls, compliance, and operational integrity while scaling our business globally. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors, including financial, operational, compliance, cybersecurity, and reputational risks.
Monitor and track third-party risk metrics, ensuring timely mitigation of identified risks.
Develop and maintain standardized processes for vendor risk assessment, documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Information Security to ensure third-party risk policies are followed.
Identify trends in third-party risks and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Manage remediation efforts for third-party risk findings and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for third-party risk management.
Support vendor contract reviews and contribute to the development of risk-related contractual language.
Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make risk-based recommendations.
Experience in assessing operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
3–5 years of experience in risk management, vendor management, compliance, or a related field.
Prior experience in a technology or logistics company is highly desirable.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
